Air Force hosts the Western Colorado Mountaineers for the 18th meeting in program history. The Falcons will take the court following a two-week break in action due to positive COVID tests within the program. Wednesday's game will serve as an exhibition for the Mountaineers.
THE SERIES AGAINST THE MOUNTAINEERS
-The Falcons are undefeated against Western State, winning all 17 previous contests
-The last time the teams met was in 2010, the Falcons won 74-66 at home
-The teams first met in 1979

Air Force travels to Denver to take on the Pios in the second meeting between the squads this season. Tip-off is slated for noon on Sunday, December 20. The Pioneers (2-3) will host New Mexico State (Dec. 15) and Colorado State (Dec. 18), prior to hosting the Falcons on December 20.
CONFERENCE PLAY
Air Force opens the Mountain West Conference slate with a two-game series at Utah State on December 31 and January 2. The Falcons split last season's series with the Aggies, 1-1, winning in Logan and taking a loss at USAFA.
Air Force is one-of-six teams yet to play a league game. Colorado State sits atop the conference at 3-0 (6-1 overall), while Fresno State, Wyoming, and UNLV are 1-1 in league play. San Diego State is 0-2 in the conference.
LAST TIME OUT
Air Force fell to the Colorado Buffaloes, 88-46, in the road-slate opener, Saturday afternoon (Nov. 28), in the CU Events Center.
Senior guard Kaelin Immel led the Falcons with 16 points and four assists while also snagging five rebounds. Immel knocked down two from three-pointers and shot perfect from the free throw line (4-4), alongside teammate Riley Snyder who hit a team high 6-6 from the line. Snyder, who got the team's only block against the exceedingly tall Buffs, dropped 14 points including two of the five three-balls on the game.
Senior guard Emily Conroe snagged a team-high six rebounds, marking her second-straight game of leading Air Force in boards. Air Force sophomore Nikki McDonald picked off a team-best three steals, just one mark shy of her career-best.
