Air Force women's gymnastics will begin the tri-meet at 2 p.m. MT in Magness Arena, Denver, Colo.

Air Force travels to the University of Denver to compete in a tri-meet with the fifth-ranked Denver Pioneers and Ball State on Sunday, February 2. Action is slated to begin at 2 p.m. MT in Magness Arena.

With two meets in the record books, Tyler Davis has the highest individual mark of the season, scoring 9.925 on the floor exercise on January 25th. Freshman Briona Carswell has the highest score on the balance beam, scoring a 9.850 in her collegiate debut. Senior team captain Anna Salamone has the top score in two events, scoring a 9.850 on the vault and 9.900 on the uneven bars. Davis, the Falcons' primary all-around gymnast, has scored as high as 38.650 this season.
As a squad, the Falcons posted their highest event score on the floor exercise (48.825). The best team score was registered in a dual meet with Seattle Pacific (192.450).
SALAMONE WINS MPSF SPECIALIST OF THE WEEK
Air Force senior Anna Salamone (Bayport, NY) recorded two first-place finishes in a home dual with Utah State (Jan. 25). She posted a season-high 9.900 on the uneven bars and 9.850 on vault to win both events. Salamone's score on the vault helped Air Force to its highest total of the season in the event (48.475). The award marks her eighth career MPSF weekly honor.

Tyler Davis is ranked 28th in the nation in the floor exercise. Air Force has moved up two positions from last week, checking in at No. 60. San Jose State has the highest team-rank in the MPSF at No. 40.
