Women's Gymnastics Takes on Lindenwood and SE Missouri State, Friday

TOP SCORES
Tyler Davis and Anna Salamone have the highest individual marks of the season, scoring 9.925 on the floor exercise and uneven bars, respectively. Freshmen Amber Boll and Briona Carswell have the highest scores on the balance beam with a pair of 9.900s. Salamone also has the top score on the vault with a 9.850. Davis, the Falcons' primary all-around gymnast, has scored as high as 39.075 this season. Unfortunately, Davis sustained a season-ending injury on February 8.
As a squad, the Falcons posted their highest event score on the balance beam last weekend (49.025). The best team score of the season was registered in a tri-meet with No. 5 Denver and Ball State on Feb. 2. (193.825).
AROUND THE MPSF
UC Davis leads the MPSF with an average score of 193.347 and a high score of 195.850. The Falcons are fourth of six teams with their current average of 192.341 and high of 193.825. Salamone has the highest average on the bars (9.737) and holds the overall highest mark in the event (9.925).

Air Force concludes the regular season with a dual at Iowa State, Friday (Mar. 13), in Hilton Coliseum. Action is slated to begin at 6:30 p.m. CT/5:30 MT.

Air Force came up short in dual action against Eastern Michigan on Senior Night, 194.700-192.575, Saturday evening in Cadet West Gym, USAFA. Freshman Amber Boll led the Falcons with two first-place finishes on the evening.
Anna Salamone, one of the evening's senior honorees, led Air Force on the vault with a 9.700 and two-way tie for second-place. Boll posted a career-best 9.825 on the bars, finishing in a three-way tie first-place while leading the Falcons to a 48.175 in team score in the event. Boll continued to hit the high mark, on the beam she posted a 9.825 for a two-way tie for first. Air Force's next highest score in the event was freshman teammate Briona Carswell who finished in a two-way tie for fourth-place with a 9.750. The Falcons posted their best team score on the floor, scoring a 48.875 to tie the team's season-high mark, led by Natalie Meyer (9.850) and Anna Salamone (9.825) who finished third and fourth, respectively, setting new career-best scores in the event.
