Women’s Gymnastics Finishes Mizzou Quad with Second-Place 195.675

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Air Force Women's Gymnastics' 2026 campaign continues to yield impressive results, as the Falcons completed the Missouri quad with a second-place, 195.675, defeating both Big 10 Illinois and Ball State while falling to No. 8 Missouri on Friday evening at Mizzou Arena.
195.675 the sixth-best all-time program score, while Friday evening's finish in Columbia marks the third time in as many weeks in which the Falcons' final team score left a mark on the Air Force record book.
Finishing with a 39.450 in the all around, reigning Mountain West Gymnast of the Year Maggie Slife earned her seventh-consecutive all-around title on Friday night – Good for the third-best all around score in Air Force history.
Air Force started out strong, posting a 49.150 on floor led by a trio of 9.875s from the Falcon all-around trio Bigler, Greene (tied season/career high) and Slife. Senior Gracie Willis followed up, scoring a 9.825 to earn her third 9.800-or-better this season. Sophomore Anna Bacott, finishing with a 9.725, made the scoresheet while also matching her season and career high.
On vault the Falcons closed with a 48.825. Slife led Air Force on the apparatus, scoring a 9.850 to finish with a share of third place. Greene earned a season-high 9.825 and junior vault specialist Olivia Raife scored her second 9.800 in as many weeks of competition, tying both season and career highs set at the Metroplex Challenge the week prior.
The Falcons earned a 48.775 on bars. Slife's 9.900 topped Falcon scoring and was good for a second-place finish, with Greene and senior Gabriella Hartley both scoring a pair of 9.750s to follow up.
Ending the evening on balance beam, the Falcons earned a second place, 48.900. Bigler led the Falcons in scoring, finishing with a 9.850 to tie her second-best score in 2026 and finish in fifth place. Slife ended Air Force's evening earning a 9.825, earning her fourth-consecutive 9.800 or higher on beam.
With Friday night's 2-1 finish at Mizzou Arena, Air Force improves to 11-7 on the season.
"I am super proud of our team effort tonight, head coach Jennifer Green said. "We were consistent and no major mistakes. This team has handled going head-to-head with top 10 teams extremely well and has and held their own in some pretty big venues."
