USAF ACADEMY. – After more than a year away from the Academy, the track and field team had an impressive return to the Cadet Outdoor Complex this afternoon (May 9), as they closed out the regular season hosting the Air Force Twilight Open. Headlined by two of the fastest 4x100-meter relays in program history, the Falcons capped the regular season with seven Air Force Top 10 marks.
The women's 4x100-meter relay quartet of freshman Ryan McFadden, sophomore Brooke Coleman, freshman Ella Pears and senior Taylor Rioux combined for a 45.88 finish – a time that shattered the previous standard of 46.62 that Rioux and Coleman helped set last year.
